The Pepperell Mill Campus is Southern Maine's premiere mill redevelopment project. Located in York County's largest and fastest growing city– Biddeford, Main. We are currently home to 55 beautiful residential apartments, which 26 more being built. Over 70 businesses are located here. We are set on the banks of the Saco River which provides open access to the ocean.
